1. Refundable Services and Products

Free Trials: If you are not satisfied with a paid SaaS product during its free trial period, you can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Products

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Due to the ongoing nature of our SaaS products and the immediate access granted upon signup, monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as proven technical issues on our end that significantly hinder your ability to use the product.

Custom SEO Services: Custom SEO services, such as on-site SEO audits or link-building campaigns, require upfront work and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds for custom SEO services are typically not available. However, we may offer service adjustments or revisions if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon scope.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@seoveda.com within 30 days of your purchase. Your request should clearly state the reason for requesting a refund and any relevant details about the service or product in question.

4. Processing Time

We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to any of our SaaS products at any time. This will stop future charges, but refunds will be issued on prorated basis for unused portions of the current billing period.

6. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your payment processor instead of contacting us directly for a refund request.
  • Excessive resource usage: If your usage of a SaaS product significantly exceeds the limits outlined in the plan and negatively impacts service performance for other users.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If your use of our services or products violates our Terms of Service.
